After graduating from Indiana University with a BS in Marketing, I moved to San Francisco and spent the first 9 years of my career working in college admissions. Then in 2006, I joined Ncompass and I have been recruiting in the medical device space ever since. As a recruiting professional I stake my reputation on the quality of my candidates and personal service. When working with client companies I approach the relationship as a partnership, and work closely with the hiring manager to meet their needs.
