Dan has been recruiting since 2005 and has quickly become a go-to recruiter for Bay Area Medical Device and Technology companies. He has a reputation for drumming up top notch, executive level talent quickly and discreetly. He is responsive and honest in his approach and listens to both his clients’ and candidates’ needs when working with them.

Dan holds a BS in Psychology and Economics from Williams College and an MS in Psychological Research. Dan is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fly-fishing, golf, white water kayaking, and skiing.

David Obad – Managing Partner

David has been recruiting in the Medical Device industry since 2003 and is the person to call when you’re looking to fill tough technical hires. He is networking with the top tier talent throughout the Bay Area and stakes his reputation on his ability to find the “A” candidates when others fall short.

Prior to NCompass David was the Associate Director of Admissions for the California Culinary Academy. David also performed admissions work in the automotive technology field for the Wyoming Technical Institute and in the collegiate scholarship field for College Prospects of America. David holds a BS in Business, Marketing from Indiana University. David enjoys playing hockey, spending time with his family as well as taking in the San Francisco music scene.
